                நேற்று(22.05.2013) முதல் புது வகை பாஸ்போர்ட் உலகம் முழுவதும் உள்ள இந்திய தூதரகங்களிலும் இந்தியாவின் அத்தனை பாஸ்போர்ட் அலுவலகங்களிலும் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. 



             இதன் மூலம் உள் அட்டையில் இருக்கும் உங்கள் புகைப்படம் இனி மேல் மூன்றாம் பக்கம் இடம் பெறும். 


               ஒரு புகைப்படத்திற்க்கு பதிலாக ரூபாய் நோட்டுகளின் நடுவே உள்ள டிரான்ஸபரென்ட் பக்கத்தில் காந்தியின் உருவம் மாதிரி உங்கள் பாஸ்போர்ட் போட்டு பக்கத்தில் உங்களின் இன்னொரு உருவம் (கோஸ்ட் இமேஜ்) இருக்கும். 


                கடைசி பக்க டீட்டெயில்ஸ் 35 ஆம் பக்கத்திலும் மாறி வரும். 


             இந்த ஹைடெக் பாஸ்போர்ட் நேற்று முதல் எந்த வித கட்டணம் இன்றி வழங்கப்பட்டாலும் நேற்று சவுதி அரேபியாவில் இந்தியாவில் இருந்து எந்த தகவல் இல்லாததால் இமிகிரேஷனில் 200 பேரை தடுத்து நிறுத்தியிருக்கின்ரனர், இது போல பல நாடுகளிலும் இந்த பிரச்சினை இன்னும் கொஞ்ச நாட்களுக்கு இருக்கும் என எதிர்பார்க்க படுவதால் தயவு செய்து உங்கள் பழைய பாஸ்போர்ட் அல்லது இந்தியாவின் ஏதாவது ஒரு போட்டோ ஐடியை கையோடு எடுத்து சென்றால் நல்லது.



                        
 

New Hi-Tech Indian passport with ghost image and so many foolproof changes:- 

             From Yesterday( 22.05.2013) Indian passports are coming with a hitech manner, The Indian Passports will contain phantom images of the passport holder as part of introducing enhanced security features to prevent fraud and misuse there will be two photographs of the passport holder as opposed to the one photograph currently appearing in these documents. “We have introduced additional security features like an additional ghost image and double lamination.



             This is part of the enhanced security arrangements to prevent misuse and fraud related to passports,” Lokesh said. Passports with new security features have been issued from photographs, one ghost photograph with embedded details.



             The ghost passports in the passport will make it more secure and tamper proof, he said. Along with the ghost photograph, the personal details of the passport holder will be embedded in the passport to make it difficult to duplicate or tamper with. Passport offices in India and the country’s overseas embassies and consulates have already started issuing the new passport, which has reduced number of pages and repositioning of some of the pages. 


             A phantom or watermark image is similar to Mahamta Gandhi’s watermarked image that can be seen on the Indian currencies, in INR500 and INR1,000 currency notes. In addition, the passport holder’s personal details have moved from the back cover to page two in the news passports.
